Hey, I'm Holden
I've spent years working alongside leaders: founders, pastors, advisors, athletes, and nonprofit leaders.
The best leaders aren't short on ideas. The challenge is translating what they see into something other people can understand, experience, act on, and carry forward. That's what Storyline exists to do.
For years that meant books, and books are still one of the strongest ways to do it. Today we build whatever form the story needs, and I still sit in the room for the part that matters most: finding the story worth telling.
How we got here

Each step came from the same question: what happens after someone reads it?

We started by helping leaders turn their expertise and experiences into books.
- Beyond the book
Then came the websites, reader hubs, films, and campaigns that put those books to work.
- Storybase
We built Storybase so every book could keep working after launch, and so authors could see and reach their readers.
- Apps and systems
Now we build apps and systems for organizations, starting with The Cedar Gate's member app and office system.
The company
Storyline Creative, LLC is an Oklahoma company, previously Cedar Gate Publishing. We own and operate Storybase, the author platform at storybase.io. Our services and Storybase's software plans are separate offerings.
